There are few things more exciting than going on holiday. You plan and prepare, book flights and accommodation, and of course have to head for the shops for those last-minute 'essentials'. So if you arrive at the airport only to find your flight is cancelled or heavily delayed, it can play havoc with all your holiday hard-work. You should at least be in line for a refund, right?
