The theory behind them is great. You have a black box recorder fitted to your car and if you drive well, your insurance provider could reward you with cheaper insurance. So far, so good. But are technical glitches causing the gadgets to report back inaccurate information resulting in you having to pay more for your car insurance, or in some cases even see your policy cancelled?
