No question, that's a crop - and The Sun reports the seeming snub had Little Mixers seriously worried, with comments including: “Why is Jesy cut out???? She is beautiful”, and “*looks under carpet* Jesy?”
But before this turns into full-on panic, it's probably worth reading to the end of Perrie's post, guys.

And look at that left hand. It's clearly resting on her tummy - which can only mean one thing. To some.

Adele recently confirmed she'd married Simon Konecki, who's dad to their four-year-old son Angelo.
