'Highliners don't want adrenaline. It's a calm, peaceful state we're looking for'

Sarah Rixham is a highliner and slackliner from Sheffield. Slacklining involves walking between two points on a flat piece of webbing (a type of cable). Highlining is where where she performs a slackline up high, usually with the aid of a harness. Here, she tells BBC Three about her love of her sport, how she got started, and how walking hundreds of feet above the ground helps her to find calm in the world.
